Sri Lanka Cricket announced that it has tied up with the Indian company Kent RO Systems and MAS Holdings of Sri Lanka to partner it during the ICC Cricket World Cup which starts on May 30 in England.

Kent is the largest technically advanced water purifying system and the largest manufacturer of water purifiers in India.

“Kent RO Systems is happy to be the sponsor of the Sri Lanka cricket team at the World Cup and we can go places with the team in Sri Lanka. We have a wide range of products to cater to anyone and everywhere for the benefit of the people.

“We want to have the deepest penetration in all parts of the country (Sri Lanka). We have also tied up with cricket at the IPL in India,” said Vineeth Kanwar the Director, Exports of Kent RO Systems Limited at a function held at the Taj Samudra Hotel in Colombo on Friday evening.

The function was attended by Sri Lanka Cricket secretary Mohan de Silva and other officials.

Kanwar said that “innovation” was the name of their game in both processing and products and being in Sri Lanka for ten years has given them the momentum to expand their market especially through cricket.

Sri Lanka Cricket will kick start its World Cup campaign on June 1 with a match against New Zealand in Cardiff, Wales.
