Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd., part of the Softlogic Group of Companies, and the Master Franchisee in Sri Lanka for global brands such as Burger King, Baskin-Robbins and Délifrance, has been ranked among the Best Workplaces in Asia 2019 in the Small and Medium Category by Great Place to Work®.
This recognition is based on the results of a study of Best Workplaces in Sri Lanka in 2018, forwarded for benchmarking at a regional level, and places Softlogic Restaurants among an exclusive group of organisations in Asia that focus on creating and sustaining high-trust, high-integrity, and high-performing cultures for their people.
All Asia Award winners from Sri Lanka are to be recognised at the ‘Sri Lanka’s Best Workplaces 2019’ Awards Ceremony due to be held in Colombo on July 5, a company spokesman said.
Softlogic Restaurants is the only chain of restaurants in Sri Lanka to have been honoured with this prestigious accolade.

The Small and Medium category in which Softlogic Restaurants has been recognised comprises the 25 Best Workplaces in Asia employing between 20 and 499 people. To be considered for inclusion, companies had to appear on one or more of the Great Place to Work® national lists in eight countries -- Greater China, India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka and UAE. Over 1,200 organisations were eligible to be considered for the honours this year.
