Rain delays Sri Lanka-Scotland ODI

Rain delayed the start of Sri Lanka’s first ODI against Scotland which was scheduled to begin at 3.30 pm (Sri Lanka time) in Edinburgh yesterday.

Sri Lanka is down to play two ODIs against Scotland before heading for the World Cup. The second ODI has been scheduled for May 21.

The match is to mark Dimuth Karunaratne’s maiden ODI as captain of the Sri Lanka team.
