Good health

The most valuable gift is our health. There is a saying ‘health is wealth'. We should try to keep our health in good condition. We should eat a well balanced diet everyday. We should exercise for good health. Smoking is very bad for our health. If you restrict yourself to a good diet, exercise and refrain from smoking, you can lead a good healthy life.
