‘April 21 changed our Planning Playbook’

SNIPEXX, Performance and Sales Academy, went beyond its usual agenda to help gather insights and Inspire Sri Lankan Business Executive and Entrepreneurs by conducted a business brainstorming session through a Panel of proven Entrepreneurs imparting to a packed and attentive audience at the Kingsbury Hotel recently.

The event was fully subscribed with over 400 key decision makers of industry, from CEOs, C-Level Officers and Management Team Members who were challenged to delve outside of their comfort zones to adapt and adopt to the chaotic environment post 21st April 2019. The brainstorming was moderated by Yasas Hewage, (Sales Coach at SNIPEXX) with the objective to build a renewed appreciation to risk, issue and crisis management and infuse the need for scenario planning versus liner traditional planning within the corporate community of Sri Lanka. The discussions were enriched by the panel which included MD/CEO, MAS Kreeda, Sarinda Unamboowa, Chairperson, Jetwing Travels, Shiromal Cooray, Founder Odel Plc and Embark, Otara Gunawardena.

MD/CEO, Cargills Bank, Rajendra Thiyagarajah and Chief of Digital Services, Dialog Group, Dr. Nushad Perera, through vivid examples of real-life experiences and diverse views to help take learnings to the navigate the current context Planning Playbook was presented in partnership with The Kingsbury Hotel, Art TV, LMD and Emerging Media with the objective of donating all events proceeds to #UnitedeAsOne initiative by Trail and organised by SNIPEXX – Performance & Sales Competency Development.
