Droughts

7 July, 2019

What are droughts? A drought is a long period of dry weather. Drought is made when there is no rain fall for months or even an year. It happens because of the cutting of trees, pollution of the environment and dumping garbage into the ocean, rivers and lakes. It causes many problems. A drought often leads to famine. When there is a famine, people don’t have enough water to drink and there is no food to eat. As a result, people get weaker and weaker. I ask from you all please don’t pollute nature by cutting trees. This is our country we should protect it.
