A protest and demonstration to seek the intervention of the International Community and secure answers for the forcefully disappeared persons during and after the war were held by the families and relatives of the disappeared at Gandhi Park, Batticaloa yesterday (13). The protest was organized by relatives of the missing in the North and the East. They were seen carrying photographs of their missing loved ones and placards demanding justice.
