A full-day workshop on Import Procedures and documentation will be held on Thursday, August 1, from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the National Chamber of Commerce auditorium, D. R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.
The workshop is for those who are involved in importing, buying and sourcing from overseas.
It provides an overview of the principles involved in successful importing, tips on how to avoid problems and ensure the smooth running of contracts, profitably.
The resource person will be Director of Customs, T. Raviendrarajah.
He has over 35 years of experience at the Customs working in various departments.
