AVIC Astoria to define Sri Lanka’s property sector

AVIC Intl, a globally respected corporation that manages 110 branches in over 50 countries, has been existing in the world enterprise arena for over forty years. To extend their development footprint in Asia, AVIC Int’l instigated the construction phase of the Astoria mixed development project. Astoria, as a freehold mixed development property will comprise four towers; three residential and one commercial, the residences take up 472 units in total, spread across 40 floors in each residential tower. Towers 1 and 2 have already been completed and the development segment of the final towers 3 and 4 are gradually nearing completion and scheduled for a full launch in 2020. The office area covers 10,995 SQM of the whole space and 2,600 SQM has been allocated to the retail section.
