The Girl Guides Association of OKI International School, Kiribathgoda, celebrated the inaugural of the girl guides recently. Mrs. Renuka Balasooriya was Chief Guest and Zonal Commissioner Mrs. Pushpa Nagasena was Guest of Honour. Chairperson of OKI Internationals Schools Mrs. Nirmalee Saparamadu and the Head of Finance Mr. Srilal Gunesekara were present.
The ten guides and nine little friends inaugerated the Grow Green Project conducted by SLGGA by planting 19 plant saplings.
This event was organised by the principal, OKI international School Mrs. Kumari Ranasinghe and the teachers-in-charge of the Association, Ms.Natasha Liyanage and Sadeeka Perara.
