Sri Lanka Cricket is looking into the prospects of playing a two-Test series in Pakistan following a visit made by its secretary Mohan de Silva and chief security advisor retired Air Marshall Roshan Goonetilleke.
The two men inspected venues in Karachi and Lahore that could likely host the two matches.
Pakistan has not hosted a foreign Test team since terrorists attacked the Sri Lankan team bus in Lahore in 2009.
