The Royal College Basketball Advisory and Management Committee (RCBAMC) has organised a felicitation dinner for past players of the school on September 6 at the Havelock City Clubhouse.
An organising committee official said the objective of the occasion was to develop a “passionate community” to support many activities spearheaded by the RCBAMC as well as to felicitate past contributions to the field of basketball.
Retired Maj Gen C. Thuraraja the first basketball captain of Royal College will grace the occasion as the Guest of Honour along with the school principal C Abeyratne.
