Certis Lanka Security Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., was recognised as one of the ‘25 Best Workplaces in Sri Lanka’ for the second consecutive year at the Great Place To Work awards ceremony held at the Shangri La Hotel recently.
The Great Place To Work Institute provides the model, bench-marking and guidance needed to build, sustain and recognise outstanding workplace cultures. It aims to help organisations in maintaining a high trust and a high performance culture. This year, more than 23,000 employees were surveyed from 90 organisations with a reach of over 50,000 employees.
The Group participated in The Great Place To Work Assessment – Study 2019.
Certis Lanka Group is a joint venture with Certis International (Pte) Ltd. of Singapore, a wholly owned company of Temasek Holdings, the private investment arm of the Singapore Government. Certis Lanka consist of five companies providing services in manpower security, cash management, cash transport, ATM replenishments, electronic security systems, courier services, home and industrial nursing, doctor on call and ambulance services.
The following three companies were certified as a ‘Great Workplace’ by Great Place To Work Institute: Certis Lanka Secure Logistics, Certis Lanka Home Nursing & Swift Care, and Certis Lanka Courier Services.
