The Skull

Villagers unearthed a skull
While digging for a grave,
The owner of which, they say
Was an unruly crook,
In childhood, harassed the innocent
Misbehaved, as a teenager,
Youth was filled with malpractice.
He departed quite early
As nature punished him,
Leaving hatred and bitter memories
In the hearts of the loyal majority.
“Does the skull know that
It protected a cursed brain
Which cruelly led its owner
To become a menace to society?”
