Ritzbury receives National Quality Award

Ritzbury, a chocolate brand manufactured by CBL Food International (Pvt) Ltd, won the National Quality Award 2018 in the Large Scale Manufacturing category recently.

Organised by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI), this national recognition showcases local entities that excel in quality management and quality achievement.

Rashini Dissanayake, CBL Foods International (Pvt) Ltd, Quality Assurance Manager said “This award marks yet another step in the pursuit of excellence.

The National Quality award is a culmination of several years of hard work by our team which is dedicated to continuously improve the quality of our chocolates. The benefit is not only the recognition of the award but in today’s market place it is imperative that we differentiate ourselves and good quality is the benchmark for developing value.”

Expanding its capacities and further upgrading standards in 2018, Ritzbury have invested in a state-of-the-art chocolate manufacturing plant worth Rs. 1.8 bln to produce a range of new innovative chocolate experiences.
