Something new E9PAY is here

E9PAY is the first registered FinTech Overseas remittance company in South Korea. Our service has been expanded to USA, Japan, China and 20 other countries including Sri Lanka. According to the annual reports of the Financial Supervisory services published in May 2019, 70% of the Remittances to Sri Lanka through Non-Bank Remittances Institutions in South Korea has been occupied by E9PAY.

In addition to overseas remittance, we provide a host of other services making the busy hectic lives of our customers easier. Through our mobile app, one can not only send money to other countries, but can make local transactions to local bank accounts. In addition, bank account history can be accessed and found easily through our mobile application. One can also recharge a prepaid mobile phone either locally or any other prepaid mobile in the 22 aforementioned countries including Sri Lanka.

Furthermore, with the cooperative assistance of the law firm, we provide counseling services to our customers about the legal issues, visa issues and etc through our Customer Care Centre. Moreover, we support the events conducted by the local Buddhist temples, including alms givings, free medical clinics, etc. Extending the social services out of the Korean Peninsula, we thought of starting a donation campaign to help those who are in need, back in Sri Lanka. The first step was taken in May 2019, by starting to build a complete house for a family in Dambulla area. The family was living in an unsecured house when we started building the new house. Most of the work has been already completed by now. As per the request of the principal of A/ Dunumandalawa Vidyalaya, Anuradhapura, we have donated sports equipment, two computers to initiate a computer laboratory and some stationary for the students. We have also supported a lot of orphanages and temples in Sri Lanka with the immense support of our beloved customers.

We were concerned about the series of events the retired armed forces members had to face last month, and we too thought that we should not abandon them who have sacrificed their entire lives for the betterment of the country. Therefore, we, E9pay together with the financial support from our customers, thought of arranging this donation program for the disabled and wounded armed forces.
