Minister Johnston visits Colombo Port

Minister of Roads and Highways, Ports and Shipping, Johnston Fernando made a familiarisation tour of the Colombo Port on Friday. He visited the construction sites of the Jaya Container Terminal (V), and the East Container Terminal project and looked into the possibility of installing cranes and yard machinery. He also had a friendly meeting with a group of port workers. Managing Director of Sri Lanka Ports Authority, Capt. Athula Hewawitharana and a group of high officials were also present.
