Xiaomi opens service centre in Colombo

Xiaomi, global technology leader, today announced the launch of its first exclusive authorised Service Centre in Colombo.

The company also introduced the much-awaited Redmi Note 8 series of smartphones - Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro for Mi Fans.

General Manager, Sri Lanka, Xiaomi Vidya Sagar said, “At Xiaomi, we are truly focused towards making innovation accessible to everyone. This is our first big step towards fulfilling the commitment we made to all our users and Mi Fans on providing best quality after sales services in Sri Lanka.”

Built across 750 sq ft the Service Centre is a walk-in facility within Liberty Plaza Mall, in Colombo.

Xiaomi’s after sales team also recorded an incredible Turnaround Time (TAT) of resolving cases with 80% of these cases resolved within one day.

The brand also witnessed a strengthened CSAT score, achieving an exceptional 70% resolve in cases.
