Colts CC, NCC, Chilaw Marians CC and CCC are occupying the top spots in their respective groups with four wins at the completion of matches on the fourth day of the SLC Major T/20 Inter-Club Cricket tournament up to Friday.
Colts CC are on top of Group ‘A’ by beating Panadura SC, Baduraliya CC, Unichela SC and Bloomfield in the first round so far.
NCC beat Police SC, Navy SC, SSC and Saracens SC in the first round to lead in Group ‘B’.
Chilaw Marians are on top of Group ‘C’ after beating Kurunagala YCC, Air Force SC, Negombo CC and Kalutara TC in the first round.
CCC top Group ‘D’ having beaten Kandy Custom SC, Nugegoda, Ports Authority SC and BRC.
The tournament will continue today with 12 matches to be played at six venues. (YK)
