My school is Prince of Wales College, It is in Moratuwa. There are about 500 students and 250 teachers in my school.
The founder of my school is Sir Charles Henry de Soysa. The school started in 1876 and the first principal was D. S. Gunawardena. My school has produced many famous cricketers, such as Kusal Mendis and Lahiru Thirimanna and singers, such as Dasun Madusanka and actor Jagath Chamila.
My school has many buildings, a beautiful swimming pool, an ICT laboratory and a hall. We have a big playground in Moratuwa. My school is a famous school in the country. One day I want to serve my school in some way.
