Rifkhan Bathiudeen, the brother of former MP Rishad Bathiudeen was remanded till February 06 by the Colombo Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne.
He was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department in connection with the sale of a land in Talaimannar allegedly on forged deeds.
