The Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC) distributed motor bicycles among its Motor Technical Officers at the SLIC head office recently.

The event was graced by Chairman Jagath Wellawatta, Chief Executive Officer Chandana L. Aluthgama and the senior management of SLIC. As the market leader in the motor insurance sector, the flagship brand Sri Lanka Insurance Motor Plus owns the largest Motor Technical Officer network in the country, and they are strategically located across the country providing wider coverage within the island.

Motor Technical Officers can now access to an accident site quickly to facilitate onsite accident assessment, giving customers the convenience of a shorter waiting period on the site.

Chairman Wellawatta said, “We are continuously striving to enhance the service standards and deliver exceptional service to our customers. As the leader, we always try to innovate and set the trend in the market. We have identified the necessity of arming our Motor Technical Officers with necessary infrastructure to take them closer to our valuable customers quicker and faster, and we are paving the way to change industry standards and shifting paradigms for the service levels of the motor insurance sector in Sri Lanka.”
