Major (Rtd) Ajith Prasanna who was arrested on charges of contempt of court, was granted bail by the Colombo High Court today.
Colombo High Court Judge made this order following an inquiry over contemptuous statements made by Ajith Prasanna criticising Colombo High Court Judge Gihan Kulathunga at a press conference in respect of an ongoing court case filed against former Magistrate Thilina Gamage on January 12.
