Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) in collaboration with the Southern Motor Sports Club (SMSC) is sponsoring the 24th edition of the SLT Speedup Southern Eliyakanda Hill Climb at Browns Hill, Matara which concludes today.
SLT is powering the motor race for the fifth time. Conducted on the theme ‘SLT Speedup’, the motor race is another initiative through which SLT seeks to contribute towards supporting and empowering sports in the country to next level of its category, and motor racing in particular.
The SLT Speedup theme has been chosen to align with the ultra-high speed broadband internet experience which the company brings to its customers through its fibre technology. The SLT Speedup Southern Eliyakanda Hill Climb is a national event approved by Sri Lanka Automobile Sports (SLAS), the governing body in Sri Lanka for motor sports.
