The DPGC Challenge Trophy for the MCA ‘E’ division 25 over League Tournament 2020 commenced yesterday with 24 teams in the fray.
This year the Championship is sponsored by David Pieris Group of Companies for the 18th successive year.
The league stage will be followed by the knock-out stage, consisting of 15 matches.
At last year’s final Nawaloka Hospitals beat Maliban Biscuits.

Group ‘C’: UB Finance, Brandix Essentials “B”, MAS Active, Ceylinco Insurance, Trelleborg Lanka & Lion Brewery.
Group ‘D’ : Softlogic Finance, Commercial Leasing, Akbar Brothers, Fairfirst Insurance, HSBC ‘A’ & Prym Intimates.
