Fifty-five persons, who were treated for Covid-19 at the Kattankudy Base Hospital, left for their homes after treatment with the assistance of the Army.
Regional Director of Health Services Dr. Alagaiyah Lathakaran told the media that the Kattankudy Base Hospital, which was made a treatment centre for Covid-19 patients on the direction of the Health Ministry, treated 29 males and 33 females of the virus affected.
