A new broom sweeps clean, but an old broom knows the corners. As the dust begins to settle from the Covid-19’s crippling blow to the economy, the new brooms will need to collaborate with the old to give a fresh start to all spheres of the economy as these workers who toil day in and day out to keep the city clean.
