High Commissioner of India, Gopal Baglay paid a courtesy call on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat on Friday. He conveyed the greetings of the Prime Minister of India to the President and the people of Sri Lanka. The High Commissioner expressed his gratitude to the President for accepting the credentials in an innovative manner, via video conference.
