The Rihana Foundation has begun to donate sewing machines to widows in the Beruwala Divisional Secretariat area.
This Foundation donated sewing machines to two widows recently. Chairman of the Foundation Ms. Rihana Rouf Jasmin and social activist A.R.M. Sufiyan were present.
Ms. Jasmin has said that the cost of the two machines was Rs. 87,000 and the Foundation has already given 13 sewing machines to widows. She said the Foundation plans to continue this work in the future.
