The appeal petition filed by former Health Minister Rajitha Senaratne challenging the Colombo High Court's decision to refuse bail was today withdrawn by himself before Court of Appeal.
Former Health Minister Rajitha Senaratna was remanded in connection with the controversial White Van Press Conference following an order made by Colombo High Court. Subsequently, he filed an appeal before Court of Appeal challenging the judgment of Colombo High Court.
