Three Nigerians have been arrested for staying in the country without valid visa and violating immigration and emigration laws.
They were arrested by the Organized Crime Unit of the Department of Police in Mount Lavinia.
Accordingly, two Sri Lankans who had assisted the Nigerians to stay in the country were also arrested.
The five suspects were arrested by officials from the Organized Crime Unit based on a tip off yesterday.
