My school is Walasmulla College. It is one of the best schools in Walasmulla. I study in Grade eight. I travel to school by the school bus.
There are forty-five classrooms. There is a big playground. The playground is covered with grass. There are three beautiful gardens with flowers such as roses, hibiscus, sun flowers and seasonal blooms. There are sixty teachers who teach us all subjects. They teach us kindly. Our principal is Ananda Silva. Classrooms are beautifully decorated. There are two-thousand students in our school.
We have a big library with different types of books. We are taught to obey and respect our teachers and elders. Various activities such as the sports meet, science day and the prize-giving are held annually. The prize-giving day is the best of all. I love to go to school because I can play with my friends. I love and respect my school.
