The Jaffna Police STF arrested four persons with 45kgs of sea turtle flesh in Jaffna Area.
The suspects had slaughtered 4 turtles. The suspects were residents of the Gurunagar Area.
The suspects were handed over to the Jaffna Fisheries Inspector for further investigations.
