Thinakaran, the sister paper of the Sunday Observer launched a special supplement titled Vadakkin Udayam at a ceremony at the Kailasabapathy Auditorium of the Jaffna University on Friday. Lake House Chairman and Managing Director W. Dayaratne PC presented the first copy of the supplement to Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella who was the chief guest. Minister Douglas Devananda, State Minister for Professional Development of Postal Services and Mass Media, S. Viyalendran, Deputy Chairman of Committees Angajan Ramanathan, MP Selvam Adeikkalanathan , former TNA MP Mavi Senathirajah and members of the Lake House Board of Directors were also present.
