Several police areas will be isolated until further notice, stated the National Operation Center for Prevention of Covid-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).
They are as follows:
Western Province:
Mattakkuliya, Modara, Bluemendal, Kotahena, Granpass, Seashore police area, Edirippu wediya, Maligawatta, Dematagoda, Wellampitiya, Borella and Keselwatta police areas.
Highly Restricted areas :( movement totally prohibited out of residence)
Mattakkuliya: Methsanda sevana Flats, Minijayasevana Flats.
Modara: Ranmuthu Sevana Flats.
Grandpass: Muwadora Uyana
Dematagoda : Sirisara Uyana
Malgawatta: NHS Flats
Gampaha District:
Wattala, Peliyagoda, Kadawatha, Ragama, Negambo, Pamunugama, Jaela and Sapugaskanda.
Kalutara District:
Horana, Ingiriya police divisions and Wekada –West Grama Niladari Division
Kurunegala District:
Kurunegala Municipal Council area and Kuliyapitiya Police Division.
Kegalle District:
Mawanella and Ruwanwella police divisions.
