Karunasena Kottachchi the father of four cricket umpires Kapila, Rohitha, Chandrakeerthi and Raveendra died yesterday and his funeral will take place today November 8 at the Atavila Cemetery in Nagoda at 6.00 pm).
His remains now lie at 40/7, Second Lane, Nagoda, Kalutara South.
Kapila, Rohitha and Raveendra played Premier level cricket while Chandrakeerthi played at a different level and represented the Sri Lanka Cricket and Association of Cricket Umpires Sri Lanka. (YK)
