21 November, 2020

The anti corruption units of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) will strictly monitor the matches of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) in a bid to deter any form of corruption or match fixing by players or officials.

In a media release, Sri Lanka Cricket said its Chief Executive Ashley de Silva had on Friday conducted a meeting with team owners and officials that highlighted the need to ensure a clean and fair tournament devoid of any corrupt practices.
