The Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation (SLVB) has decided to conduct a two-day workshops for coaches in Galle on January 16 and 17 at the Volleyball House in Galle.
According to an SLVB official this workshop is jointly organised by SLVB and Sri Lanka Volleyball Coaches Association for nearly a 100 coaches
The aim of this programme is to train new National level volleyball coaches beginning in Galle followed by other districts in the future.
The training programme will be conducted by several renowned National level coaches in the country.
Those who are interested in following this workshop are requested to register with AS Nalaka, Secretary, SLVB, Volleyball House, Dadella, Galle by email.
Coaches who successfully complete this programme will be eligible to follow the FIVB Level Course. They will also be issued an internationally recognised certificate by SLVB.(DR)
