Sigiriya

Sigiriya is one of the most important historical places in Sri Lanka. It is situated in the Matale district. It is a rock fortress built by King Kashyapa.

There are many important things to see in Sigiriya such as the frescoes, the Mirror Wall and the Lion’s Gate. We must protect this important, historical place.
