Ms. Dulmini Rusirika Rasadari Kulatilake of Walpola, Ragama took her oaths as an Attorney- at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka before Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya PC and two other Justices of the Supreme Court.
Ms. Kulatilake obtained her LLB degree from the University of London with first class honors and passed as an Attorney at Law with a class from the Sri Lanka Law College.
Her LLB program of the London University was sponsored by the Ede and Raven Scroft Scholarship and she is presently reading for the Master of Laws.
She presently serves as a research officer of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
She is the daughter of G. D. Kulatilake retired judge and Mrs. K. Kulatilake former Director of the Central Environmental Authority.
She is a past student of Visaka Vidyalaya and Royal Institute, Colombo.
