The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved an application by Chrissworld Limited, for the listing of its Ordinary Voting Shares for subscription on the Empower Board of the CSE.
The company will offer for subscription 7,500,000 Ordinary Voting Shares at Rs. 7.50 per share to raise Rs. 56,250,000. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) is due to be opened on April 27.
