Niroshan Dickwella won Sri Lanka’s Observer Schoolboy Cricketer of the Year award in 2012, having hit over 1000 runs in the previous season and captained Trinity College to the national championship. Under his captaincy Trinity won the League title, big match and the limited overs title.
A regular Test player who performs the role of wicket keeper and batsman, Dickwella played for several teams Major teams including Nondescripts Cricket Club, Southern Express, Sri Lanka A, Sri Lanka Under-19s and Sri Lanka Under-23s.
