High Commissioner-designate of Sri Lanka to India Milinda Moragoda paid homage to the sacred Kapilavastu Relics at the National Museum of India in New Delhi. He was accompanied by Jennifer Moragoda and senior officials from the High Commission of Sri Lanka in New Delhi.
