AIA Insurance extended its good wishes to the parents of the six babies born on October 21, the country’s first sextuplets and the nineteenth worldwide.
The company supported the new parents in taking care of the six bundles of love.
A free Life Insurance cover to the value of Rs. 10,000,000 for the father for 10 years and a Rs. 500,000 cash cheque for medical and educational expenses of the children were presented to the father in the presence of AIA’s Chief Executive Officer Nikhil Advani and Ninewells’ Senior Director Maj. Gen. (Retd) Ranaweera. AIA’s Chief Executive Officer, Nikhil Advani, said, “As a parent of twins I know the joy and delight a newborn baby brings into a family, and for these parents it’s six times over.” AIA Sri Lanka has been in partnership with Ninewells Hospitals from last year.
