Raindrops

19 December, 2021

Love: you can cross,
The horizon, the rivers and the ocean,
You can enter into the deepest forest,
In the cost of love.
It is sweeter and fresher,
Like tiny raindrops on your window,
You smile with your eyes,
And your heart bake inside of you;
Do not cross the horizon,
Cuz we are under the same stars,
You do not have to cross oceans and forests,
To come to me,
But I wonder what took you so long to reach me?
I have my mouth to smile,
And my heart is not a cake to bake!
Why do I have to hide my inner self from you?
How can you mingle stones and petals?
They say, we have to comprehend each other,
But why can’t we?
Remember: raindrops dry when the sun rises.
