The Bar Association of Sri Lanka Toastmasters Club successfully held its second club installation where its new club officers for the tenure 2021/2022 were installed. This club is the first Toastmasters Club in Sri Lanka set up exclusively for members of the legal fraternity.
The Bar Association of Sri Lanka Toastmasters Club held its second installation ceremony for its club officers and inducted its new club members online recently.
The Executive Committee for the tenure 2021/2022 includes Shenali Dias, AAL – President, RasangiTillakeratne, AAL – Vice President – Education, Stephanie Fa’Rouke, AAL – Vice President – Membership, Shamara Firdous, AAL – Vice President - Public Relations, Varnani Dissanayake, AAL – Secretary, KaushalyaRasnayake – Treasurer and KeheliyaAlahakoon, AAL – Sergeant-at-Arms. The welcome address was delivered by Rajeev Amarasuriya, AAL, Secretary of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and a compelling keynote speech was delivered at the ceremony by Distinguished ToastmasterArunasalam Balraj, International President 2017-2018 of Toastmasters International.
