The Batch of 2000 Zahira College Colombo has organized their annual cricket tournament called the Battle of the Millennium within their batch mates to be played today at Shalika Ground, Narahenpita from 8.00 am on-wards.
Eight teams known as Angora Lions, Baghdad Bulls, Cordova Kings, Istanbul Warriors, Dhaka Riders, Delhi Royals, Kabul Lions and Cairo Challengers contest the tournament.
Former Zahira College Cricketer Mazhar Zuhair will be the chief guest while former president Batch of 2000 Salman Faris will be the guest of honour.
