Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott welcomed their second child on February 2, with Kylie sharing the news of the baby’s birth via Instagram on February 6. The baby joins big sister Stormi Webster and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner kids, and fans think Lovey (that’s Kardashian-speak for grandma) Kris Jenner may have revealed the baby’s as-yet-unannounced name in an Instagram comment.
After Kylie posted the pic, everyone from fans, celebrity pals, and family members swarmed the comments section with their best wishes and congratulations, including Kris, who commented “Angel Pie.” Fans were prompt to speculate that the baby’s name could be Angel, and that this was Kris’ sneaky way of sharing it — or a total accident!
Kris wasn’t the only one to comment with an angelic reference, either. Kylie’s BFF Anastasia Karanikolaou, AKA Stas, commented “Angel baby,” and Kylie’s sister Kim Kardashian shared a few angel baby emojis. Kylie’s makeup artist Ariel also stuck with the angel motif, commenting, “Can’t wait to meet the little angel,” while long-time family friend Malika Haqq commented, “AMEN.” It definitely seems like there’s something heavenly about the baby’s name, but we’ll have to wait and see for sure.
Kylie didn’t share any information about the baby’s name in her post; instead, she posted a black and white pic of big sister Stormi holding the baby’s hand. The date “2/2/22” was all Kylie wrote, accompanied by a blue heart emoji. Travis hasn’t shared anything about the baby’s birth yet, but commented on Kylie’s pic with one blue heart and a handful of brown heart emojis. The post is similar to Kylie’s initial posts about Stormi’s birth; first, we saw a glimpse of her tiny fingers, and then Kylie officially revealed her name a few days later after teasing imagery of butterflies to throw fans off course.
While we don’t yet know the name of the newest addition to the Kardashian-Jenner fam, we know one thing for sure: we’re in store for a classic Kylie Jenner reveal, one she’ll drop when we least expect it.
