Simone Ashley has a brand new hairdo. Be warned though, because the ‘Bridgerton’ star’s look might just convince you to get bangs.
Sending greetings to Seattle in an Instagram post on Friday. June 3, the former ‘Sex Education’ actor revealed she her new bangs. Posing for a selfie, she took a photograph of her off-duty Ton look, which featured a graphic tee and trimmed hair.
For her haircut’s Insta debut, Simone wore her dark hair straight. Her new fringe extends to just below the brows and was cut in thin and thick sections. She paired the bangs with subtle eye makeup that featured voluminous lashes. The look definitely caught the attention of Instagram followers. “Love your new hairstyle,” wrote one, while another added, “Your hair looks amazing.” Her selfie even got the seal of heart approval from her former Sex Ed costar and the new Doctor Who doctor Ncuti Gatwa.
There’s no word on whether the bangs are part of a new role or just for fun, but Simone definitely pulls them off.
Of course, we’d expect nothing less from this stylish star. She’s previously inspired our closets with looks that included a printed dress and an all-green set from Mango. Lest we forget, she also attended the Met Gala, making a major fashion statement with her Moschino look.
We’re all for Simone’s IRL looks, but unfortunately for Bridgertonfans, it could be some time before we’re back at the Ton.
Season three is confirmed, but production hasn’t yet started. However, it’s reported that filming could begin this summer, with a rollout of new episodes by next year. At least we have seasons one and two to rewatch in the meantime.
