An afternoon in the park

It was a fine Sunday afternoon. The sun was shining brightly. My friend Sesali, I and our families went to a park. We played tennis.

My mother and Sesali’s mother were sitting in the field and having a chat while my younger brother rode a pony. He was happy because it was his first pony ride. Sesali’s sister was climbing a rope ladder. My elder brother and Sesali’s brother were talking while sitting on a bench.

Some children were buying balloons. My father and Sesali’s father had bought ice cream. My sister was sitting on another bench. She was holding a balloon. We really enjoyed ourselves at the park and were very happy.
